During the Covid-19 pandemic, Purple Maiʻa quickly pivoted to provide their technology education classes for keiki (children) through a live online format.  They served over 500 students in the last year and continue to ensure that access to coding, computer science, and STEM education for Hawaii's youth will not be disrupted.

When you donate to a participating charity like Purple Maia through our Aloha for Hawaii Charities campaign now through January 20, 2021 (4 pm HST), that charity will receive 100% of your donation plus a bonus boost from a funding pool generated by Friends of Hawaii Charities from the 2021 Sony Open in Hawaii.
